چکیده
AbstractSoil contamination by pesticide residues is a major concern due to their high soil persistence and dangerous effect on humans. Therefore, the aim of this study was detect determine concentration in agricultural samples. Agricultural samples were collected from three Egyptian governorates extracted using QuEChERS method analyzed gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. A total twenty different (approximately 43% tested pesticides) detected obtained governorates. South Sinai heavily contaminated pesticides, with 0.505 mg/kg, followed Ismailia (0.207 mg/kg) North (0.075 mg/kg). According its use agriculture, percentage revealed that 60% pesticides fungicides 35% insecticides. In governorate, carbendazim 40% boscalid chlorpyrifos 66.66% thiophanate-methyl, metalaxyl, 50% This presence samples, which can affect products grown soil. The accumulation mixtures constitutes mostly toxic chemicals are worldwide environmental issue must be considered production sustainability assessment. These results could used as base for designing maps cover residue affects crops Egypt.
